Not the best family stay

So, we checked in and it was kinda chaotic. Nobody at the front desk for a good bit, and after calling for help, waited even longer. The room was decent, but that mattress felt like a rock! Breakfast was alright, but man, the service really needs to step up. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

The rooms were comfy and well-equipped. We visited the Montgomery Zoo and enjoyed some shopping too. The breakfast area was spacious and clean, with plenty of good food choices. Super friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

our stay at sleep inn was fantastic! the location was perfect, right off the highway, which made it super convenient. our queen room was immaculate, cleaned every day. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the continental breakfast was solid, especially the coffee. the complimentary access to the relaxation app was a nice touch!

The King Suite provided ample space, with a surprisingly cozy layout despite the ongoing renovations. Located just off the I-65, access was straightforward, making it convenient for travel.

Renovations left a noticeable scent of paint throughout the hotel, which might not appeal to everyone. The carpet in the second-floor hallway was overdue for a vacuum, and the air conditioning controls had faded, making them tough to operate. The TV system struggled with freezing issues, prompting us to abandon it altogether. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room didn’t cool effectively, which was disappointing for storing our snacks during the stay.
